Columbus Museum Photography Curator, Catherine Evans will lead us through her touring show "The Radical Camera: New York's Photo League 1936--1951." After the tour, join FOP members for a group lunch and visit to a private collection. Join FOP as famed Dutch portrait photographer Rineke Dijkstra is interviewed by Googenheim curator Jennifer Blessing at 10 AM, and then at noon, a panel of distinguished curators discusses emerging artists and trends in contemporary photography. In the early afternoon, spend more time on the AIPAD floor and/or take in Peripheral Visions: Italian Photography, 1959s -- Present at the neighboring Hunter College Gallery. End the day with a guided tour of the Flatiron loft and contemporary collection of investment banker Michael Hoeh. - AIPAD Trip -- Day #1

Friday March 30
Barbara leads an exclusive FOP pre-opening tour of AIPAD at 9:30. At noon, cab to Sikkema Gallery in Chelsea for where Mitch Epstein will walk us through his new show then join us for lunch. Next, British photographer Paul Graham (tentative) leads a tour of his show as it finishes its run at Pace Gallery's temp space. End the day with Jerry Spagnoli at his Chelsea studio, seeing how he makes his heralded modern day daguerrotypes. - AIPAD Trip: Thursday Evening
